A community mini-grant funded an educational camp that bridged cultures by teaching youth to think and learn on a global scale. Championed by Brookfield teens Adonai Sebastian and Hannah Lyon, this summer camp explored traditional dress, food and customs from a variety of different countries, enriching 5th and 6th graders’ understanding of other countries and cultures.
