A series of “Adulting 101” classes will be offered at The Brookfield Library in 2026 thanks to a grant from the BEF. Each class in the series will focus on a different life skill including financial planning, car maintenance, basic cooking, applying for jobs, and more. The program seeks to reach young adults to equip them with practical skills needed in the real world (although the program is open to all).
