Foundation Gets Thumbs Up from the News-Times
5/14/07 News-Times Editorial

THUMBS UP to the Brookfield Education Foundation, which raises donations to supplement the budget for the school system. The foundation, led by Carol Dores, has made a new TV studio at Brookfield High a special project. It has promised to raise $35,000 for studio equipment and so far has raised $28,000. That's pretty impressive for an organization that's only three years old and is breaking new ground in Brookfield. The town makes good use of its cable access channel to inform residents. The new studio and equipment will enhance programming and help students learn valuable skills.
