Education for EducationFoundation Launches Innovative Program in Brookfield The Brookfield Education Foundation is unveiling a novel way of raising funds while at the same time promoting education in the community. The Foundation's Education for Education program, or E-4-E for short, is recruiting Community members with special skills, knowledge, or experience who would be interested in teaching a course through Brookfield's Parks & Recreation department. Course registration fees will be donated to the Brookfield Education Foundation. "There’s a wealth of talent in Brookfield, and we're hoping to attract instructors and students to broaden the course offerings that our Parks & Recreation Department already offers," said Jim Conant, of the BEF. In the process, funds will be generated for the Brookfield Education Foundation, which will use the funds to generate even more educational opportunities for Brookfield residents. Courses will be advertised and vetted under the auspices of the Brookfield Parks & Recreation Education Program. Courses typically meet once per week for six to eight weeks, and can be continued for multiple sessions if needed. Those interested in teaching should complete and submit a copy of the E-4-E Class Proposal Form. Click
