What is the ‘Dancing With Our Stars’ theme about?
We will be having a dance contest with several local Brookfield “celebrity” dancers who have been taking lessons for the last few months. All guests will be able to vote for their favorite dancing couple.
Who are the Brookfield Celebrity Dancers?
Carole Dores and Deane Renda, Brian Davidson and Sharon Beitel, Dennis and Alison DiPinto, and Bryan Luizzi and Linda McCaffrey
How will we be voting for the best dancers?\
Every guest will receive one vote. You will be able to buy additional votes for $1 per vote.
What if I (or my spouse/partner) doesn't like to dance?
Come and enjoy an evening out with your friends!! Everyone has a great time.
Can I Invite Others?
Yes, Let us know who and we can send out an invitation and add them to our future invite list. Or you can give them a copy of this invitation and have them mail in their check.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, using pay pal via this website. A service charge of $3 per person will be added to the cost of your ticket.
Can I Sit At A Table With Friends?
Absolutely - send a list of the people you want to sit with along with their checks all in one envelope. (10 Guest per table)
What Is The Proper Attire?
Classy casual party dress.
What Type Of Music Will Be Playing?
Our DJ’s will be playing music for your dancing pleasure.
What Food Will Be Served?
Cocktail Hour
Fruit, Vegetable courtier and cheese and crackers, passed Hors d’ouvresDinner
Caesar Salad, Pasta Station, Fajita Bar, Roasted Tenderloin of Beef, Herb Roasted Turkey, Desert Table.
Will Alcohol Be Served?
Beer and Wine will be served all night at no additional charge.
A cash bar will also be available for mixed drinks.
Who Do I RSVP To?
$75 per person payable to Brookfield Education Foundation, PO Box 5047, Brookfield, CT 06804. Checks only please. ($33.00 tax-deductible per person)
How Do I know if we are confirmed?
If we run out of tickets and we get new reservation we will let you know that we were unable to honor your reservation. Or if we have not cashed your check please feel free to check with us.
Is there going to be a Silent Auction?
Yes, we will be having a Silent Auction containing several fabulous prizes – jewelry, artwork, trips and outings. You will be able to pay by check or credit card.
